HOW TO MAKE A PUNCH LIST:

Take one room at a time

Completely walk the entire room looking at all surfaces (Even lay on the floor and look around and up)

Open and close all doors, windows, cabinets, and drawers

Operate everything (door knobs, locks, appliances, plumbing fixtures, light fixtures, heating and air-conditioning system, garage doors)

Walk slowly around exterior looking at everything

You are looking for defects, lack of completion, missing items, items not working
