I have purposely placed this subject at the end of the guide to demonstrate how much is involved when building or remodeling. If you do not have the time, patience, organizational skills, scheduling skills, experience and sufficient financial means - building or remodeling your own home could be a disaster. If you do not have all of the above, you most likely will not pass the test to build your own home. |
